July 4th and 5th Concerts were great!

The threat of rain melted away, and left us with a warm and clear night on The Lawn. What a wonderful night for music!
Again the Douglas County Sheriffs Federation sponsored this special night recognizing our Veterans. Thank you to Bob Peper for representing.DCSF.
RWAC presented a check to Gabe Pipo from the Veterans Memorial Park Committee on behalf of all of our friends on The Lawn. A VERY worthy recipient.
Veterans as Veterans Memorial Committee’s special guests from the four branches.
Velvet Brass entertained us with a variety of patriotic and WWII era music. What fun!
Many friends joined us for this special evening’s music!

What a beautiful night on The Lawn! These fellows played all our old favorites and a few new favorites! Yah, Sure, You Betcha!
Thank you to the Jimmy Jenson Family again this year for sponsoring this great group! I can’t help but think the Swingin Swede would have been tickled by this!
They were the total Polka Package! They even looked the part, from their Bavarian flag stand fronts, to their Tyrolean hats and Lederhosen!
Besides looking the part, they sounded just like a BierGarten at Oktoberfest! Wonderful horns and that undeniable draw of the accordion! Prost!
The night was just right for music, not too hot with a bit of light breeze to carry the oompah sounds across The Lawn and beyond!
Many friends came to join us and sing along.
Audience Participation! Thanks guys for playing along, you were wonderful!!
Some of us couldn’t help it, the music inspires dancing!!
Trumpet, clarinet and saxophone, the talented fellow on the end was a triple-threat!
That’s not all, the drummer also plays trombone…WHILE HE’S DRUMMING! Good stuff!
Thank you all for joining us on The Lawn tonight! Next week we’ll be kicking up our heels again. Join us for the high energy fun of The Front Fenders next Thursday night! Be there or be square!
